Phil & Bill’s Creamery

Phil and Bill’s Creamery was born from the unlikely fusion of two worlds converging in Pittsburgh, PA. Our story started in 2014, when Phil, a Brooklyn, NY native, and Bill, raised on a Maine blueberry farm, discovered their mutual love for ice cream. Their shared passion eventually evolved into Phil and Bill's Creamery: the first cholov yisroel kosher creamery in Pittsburgh, serving farm-fresh ice cream crafted from the finest natural ingredients.

While the brand is an iconic fixture of Pittsburgh’s Jewish community, it also appeals to a wider audience, including a secular crowd that appreciates the delicious homemade taste of Phil and Bill’s ice cream.

The packaging and website for this project are still in production. Hoping to hit shelves, August 2023.
